What is one opportunity you believe you missed out on when you were younger?
I should have traded college tuition for a downpayment on a 2-family brownstone in Bed-Stuy. You don’t want to know much I could have gotten a house here for in 1998. It would be almost halfway paid off by now. Especially since I dropped out.
What is the number one motivator in your life right now?
Arrogance. I have to be right about the choices I’ve made in my life, especially the ones that aren’t producing results at a speed other people can be comfortable with.
If I gave you $1000 and told you that you had to spend it today, what would you buy?
I would buy a new smartphone, a couple of lotto tickets, and good meal.
