Grow Yourself: A Weekly Journey to Becoming You

Are people telling you…

“You can’t have that.”

“You can’t do that.”

“You’re not smart enough.”

“You’re not skinny enough.”

“You’re just not that funny.”

“You can’t afford that.”

“You’ll never make it.”

“You’re not pretty enough.”

“You need to just pick one thing and stick with it.”

“You have too many standards.”

“You have too many rules.”

“You’ll never do _____________.”

Are you telling yourself these things?

Is there a voice in your head that finds a way to reject something you want to do, have, be?

Are you ready to give that voice a swift kick in the ass?

Let’s face it: We’ll never be rich enough, thin enough, smart enough, beautiful enough, or whatever we think it will take to make _________ happen. But that never stopped a lot of people from being successful. If you take a step back and look around, you’ll see that all it really takes to be happy, successful, healthy, loved, and ALIVE, is to just take the risk, put yourself out there, keep up, and keep going.

Need a little proof?

What do Tom Cruise, Richard Branson(video), Whoopi Goldberg, and  Jay Leno have in common?

Aside from being rich and famous, they’re all dyslexic.

Temple Grandin, a highly revered animal scientist, author, professor, and more, lives with autism.

I could go on and on, and you could probably come up with 108 excuses as to why you can’t do the thing you say you so desperately want to do because you’re not those people.

If that is you, you should probably stop reading now – why waste any more of your time?

But, if you’re ready for a shift, if you’re ready to make real changes, then it’s time to GROW yourself.

Beginning this Wednesday and continuing each week, you’ll have opportunity to rid yourself of all the negative self-talk about your alleged shortcomings, and self-limiting thoughts.

My mission is to help you see past all of that so you can just do the damn thing.

Some of the exercises will be simple and some of them will require some deep transformation.

Try each exercise for one day, or over the course of several days.

You may find the experiences extremely helpful, or you may find that it requires too much of a shift that you’re just not ready for at this time.

Either way, by trying them out, you’ll have proved yourself capable of accomplishing something you never thought you could do.

I look forward to seeing you on the other side.

And make sure to come back and let me know how it turned out for you!
