What is Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching?

Integrative nutrition health coaching offers a dynamic approach to promoting healthy habits and behavior change by empowering the individual to proactively engage in improving their health. Integrative Nutrition Health coaches are trained professionals who use motivational interviewing to meet clients where they are.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I use a Health at Every Size approach to improving health outcomes. Instead of focusing on weight loss, I encourage my clients to make gradual changes to their diet and lifestyle over time, without counting calories, dieting, or deprivation. This way, they will be better equipped to handle the challenges that arise with adapting new behaviors. By not focusing on weight loss, they will be able to measure their progress in ways that have nothing to do with the scale.

Beyond food and physical activity, Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches encourage a whole health approach to wellness, which includes building healthy relationships at work and at home, engaging in meaningful work, cultivating a spiritual or mindfulness practice, pursuing hobbies and creative endeavors, spending time outdoors, volunteering, and more.

Before enrolling in any coaching program, it’s important to establish rapport with a health coach and to find out if the health coaching relationship is right for you. I host 1on1 sessions via Zoom that last anywhere from 30-45 minutes.

I primarily support women over 35 with PCOS and preconception through postpartum with menstrual cycle awareness, food and fitness that balance hormones, and preparing their bodies and lives for pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

This introductory session will cover your health concerns and whether health coaching is the next best step for you. I work with clients for a minimum of six months to help them reach their goals. I may make additional recommendations to assist you in your wellness journey in addition to or outside of the health coaching relationship.

Book a Menstrual Cycle Analysis

All new clients interested in health coaching are required to schedule a menstrual cycle analysis. You’ll schedule your appointment and then complete a health history questionnaire. As this is a fee-for-service business, payment is required up front. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours and no refunds for no-shows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be required to book a new session and submit a new payment.

Join a Beachbody Challenge Group (US/CAN/UK ONLY)

Beachbody Challenges are a great way to kickstart new food and fitness goals. New challenges start each month and can last anywhere from 21 days to three months. All challenges are online and can be done anywhere. All members will receive access to the challenge group they’ve signed up for, which includes a tracking app and daily check-ins.
